Our Process
All of our shells are processed in a purpose built, BRC accredited shell processing facility (BRC Global Standards - Packaging & Packaging Materials - Grade A) operating under strict HACCP controls. We believe our facility to be the only shell cleaning factory in the world to hold BRC accreditation. We are pleased to confirm "Grade A" certification in the most recent January 2024 audit.
We are proud the facilty has held a minimum of BRC Grade A for 10 years now, since January 2014.

All our shells are thoroughly cleaned and graded, then checked and packed by hand into lined master cartons.
